A D V E R T I S E M E N T
A 74-year-old man presented with an incarcerated recurrent right inguinal hernia. It had been repaired 30 years before and recurred 6 years prior to this admission. At the first recurrence there was strangulated bowel that required resection and the defect was repaired with mesh. The hernia bulge is shown.
