A 56-year-old man presented with a left supraclavicular mass that he had discovered recently. He had no neurologic or ischemic complaints. Physical findings were a soft supraclavicular mass and left axillary fullness.

The highlighted mass is shown. Ultrasound revealed a homogeneous mass and patent axillary vessels. EMG studies of the brachial plexus and brachial nerves were normal.

A coronal cut of the MRI study of the mass showed a homogeneous mass consistent with fat. There was a dumbbell configuration with the neck beneath the mid portion of the clavicle.
