A view of the left internal carotid artery (ICA) angiogram shows a bilobed aneurysm measuring 8.5 x 5.8 x 8 mm. There was a wide ( >4 mm) neck off the anterior communicating. The origin of the second segment (A2) of the left anterior cerebral was from the aneurysm base.
