A 64-year-old patient presented with a history of rectal bleeding. Colonoscopy revealed a partially circumferential lesion with a bleeding ulcerated center at 18cm from the anal verge.
The patient was positioned in stirrups in a leg extended position. The surgeon and first assistant stood on either side and the second assistant stood between the legs.
