Chest Wall Resection: 31
A D V E R T I S E M E N T
An upper midline incision was made to expose omentum to fill the defect over the mesh. Rectus muscle flap was not an option because the internal mammary arteries had to be resected with the specimen. The omentum was chosen as the best filler rather than the left pectoralis major or a latissimus flap. The exposed liver showed fine nodular cirrhosis.
