A 52-year-old woman presented with a palpable 3cm lump in the lower half of the right breast. Core needle biopsy showed infiltrating ductal carcinoma. Mammogram showed no other suspicious lesions. MRI showed the tumor invading the lower aspect of the pectoralis major.
