The mesh was tacked to the Pectineal ligaments, the transversalis fascia posterior to rectus, and posterior to the transversus muscle above the transversus aponeurotic arch (falx inguinalis, see TAPP, frame 8.) The pneumopreperitoneum was desufflated under direct vision ensuring peritoneum lay down on the posterior apron of mesh over the psoas muscles and vessels.
