An 81-year-old woman presented with dysphagia and weight loss. Upper GI showed thickened gastric mucosal folds and minimal gastric motility.

She had had a percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy tube (PEG) placed for feeding prior to the present admission. There was also small bowel dilatation seen.

CT scan showed diffuse thickening of the gastric wall. There was no adenopathy or other pathology seen on CT.
