Primary Mediastinal Non-Seminomatous Germ Cell Tumor: 82

The relative position of the tumor and its intracaval extension are shown. The final pathology was yolk sac tumor with 1 mm brachiocephalic margins and 2.5 mm pericardial margin. There was lymphvascular spread and tumor in the superior vena cava.
