An 18-year-old woman complained of non-specific abdominal pain. On physical examination she was found to have a palpable mass in the right iliac fossa.

CT scan showed a complex mass extending along the right psoas muscle from beneath the right kidney and tapering down to the inguinal ligament. CT-guided biopsy revealed spindle cells consistent with Schwannoma.
