An 80-year-old woman presented with a complaint of lumps on her back. MRI scan showed two large masses consistent with benign lipomas. The larger right lesion over the right scapula and shoulder is shown.

The patient was taken to the operating room for excision of the lesions. The patient was positioned prone and the procedure was planned under local anesthesia so the patient would not have to be intubated.
