A 62-year-old man presented with symptoms of abdominal pain and easy satiety. He had an abdominal mass filling the left upper quadrant on physical examination. The remainder of the work-up was non-contributory. The upper end of the mass is seen on this CT scan posterior to the spleen and left kidney.

The mid-portion of the mass fills the left upper quadrant. CT-guided core needle biopsy was read as high-grade sarcoma, type indeterminate.
